Custom armor is individually tailored to the client's unique measurements and specifications.

Other custom items will be designed to meet the client's specifications and wishes.

Thaden Armory works with a variety of materials: including spring steel, mild steel, brass, bronze, silver, gold, wood, leather and fabric.

Once details of the order have been agreed upon and a quote tendered, Thaden Armory requires:

• A 50% deposit is generally required to schedule an order. Higher priced item may be broken up into a payment schedule to suit your needs.
• Balance, including shipping costs, is due upon completion of the order.
• Payment may be made in the form of a check or Money orders in US funds, or using any major credit card using PayPal.
• Checks are held for a period of 5 days.
• Please make checks payable to: Patrick Thaden
• No C.O.D.s

Completion time for individual projects will vary depending upon the type of material, the item and the level of complexity.

Once the order is completed, the balance must be received before the item will be shipped.

• Custom Items will be shipped via UPS unless another carrier is requested.
• We will contact you with the shipping and handling fee.
• All items shipped will be insured against loss or damage.
• Any damaged items received should be immediately reported to UPS Claims department and Thaden Armory.
