U.S. Shipping*
Shippments will be processed within five days of reciept of payment. All items,
mailed within the U.S. will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail and insured
for their approximate value. Any damage incurred during shipping should be
reported immediately to: USPS. (For return policy see below) Prices on items
do not include shipping. This will be totaled during checkout when using PayPal**,
if paying with check or money order, shipping costs must be included in the
total payment.

Return Policy
Customers will have a 14 day grace period during which they may choose to
return an item* for exchange or refund (minus S&H). Following this period,
no exchanges, claims or refunds will be accepted. Returns will only be accepted
with prior authorization.
*Due to their unique nature, custom items will not be exchanged or refunded.
Guarantee
All items are guaranteed against faulty workmanship or materials for a period
of one year. Items will NOT be guaranteed against any damage caused by mishandling,
modifications made by outside persons, or abuse.
